The RED MAN's owners are retiring after 33 successful years due to health reasons.

Here’s an excellent opportunity to own a very popular and busy well-established supper club in the beautiful Northwood’s of Wisconsin. Extremely charming ambience, excellent menu, reputation for great food, a good drink and fast friendly service. This place is virtually legendary far and wide. Frequented by locals and tourists alike.

Located on busy U. S. Highway 45 in the picturesque town of Land O‘ Lakes, in booming Vilas County, WI, in a year round tourist area, on a spur of the main snowmobile trail, which is well groomed and well maintained by the local snowmobile club at the gateway to snowmobiling and skiing in the Michigan Upper Peninsula for winter recreation. There are many lakes (large and small) for boating, fishing, swimming, camping, etc. in the summer months. Two minutes from Land O’ Lakes airport.

Redman is seventeen miles north of Eagle River, WI, home of the World Championship Snowmobile Derby, and ten miles from the Lac Veux Dessert Casino in Watersmeet, MI.

Presently we are open five days a week (closed on Monday and Tuesday). The bar opens at 4:00 PM and dinner is served from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM during the week and 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. We close the week of Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas and Christmas Day. We’re always open December 26th and go straight through until the first Monday after New Year’s Day. We are also open the whole week of July 4th. The supper club is available for special events.

We generate between $450,000.00 and $500,000.00 gross per year at present. However, we did a bigger gross when we were younger, stayed open more and did more of the work ourselves. I have been in business for myself since 1975 and have been involved in the Redman Supper Club since 1980.

My wife is 63 years old and I am 70, and my health has been catching up to me. As much as we both love this business, it is about time to throw in the towel and enjoy some of our other interests.
